The Vinification Authentique – the name of the new line – is custom-made to the requirements which innovative winemakers demand for the vinification of authentically structured wines with varietal and regional characteristics.

Vinification Authentique from La Littorale offers biotechnological and vegetable-mineral oenological products for individualised wine preparation.

Vinification Authentique was developed by La Littorale in close cooperation with the Laboratoire Oenotechnique. It connects French viticulture’s centuries of experience with the newest state-of-the-art beverage technology.
