The Laboratoire Oenotechnique comprehensively cares for its customers, well-known wine cellars in France and other countries, over the entire vinification campaign.Experts and Modern Analyses Each of the highly qualified coworkers cares for – and advises – hundreds of customers per year in the on-site wine cellar. Year after year, thousands of analyses for customers are performed. That is why the most modern analyses – for example, "Near Infrared Spectroscopic Instrumentation" (NIR systems) – are available. Independent of specific orders, the Laboratoire Oenotechnique maintains permanent collaborations with cellar masters and performs controlled field tests with them.
